Delivery
We always aim to send your order on receipt. Orders placed Monday-Friday will be dispatched within 24hrs. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day.

You can choose to receive your order at home, work or sent as a gift to someone else with a signature required on delivery to ensure safe arrival.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery: £4.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days for your delivery.

Express Delivery: £7.95 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. Guarantees delivery of your order within 2 working days, providing we receive your order before 4.00pm.

At present we only deliver to UK addresses. If you are overseas and would like to place an order, please contact us via email.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your new products but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations you may return or exchange your goods. We accept returns provided they are unused in a resalable condition and with all tags attached. Please return any unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be made by original payment method. As you would expect there are no returns or exchanges on sale items.

Please note: Vinegar Hill earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.

Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse and a further 3 days for any refund to appear in your account.
